Educational scope

The content and tools provide general information about mental performance skills. They do not create a clinician-patient, coach-client, or other professional relationship. Assessment outputs are reflective profiles generated from your responses and are not validated diagnoses.

Use and responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for your situation. Stop a breathing or attention exercise if it causes discomfort, dizziness, or distress. Seek qualified support for persistent or severe symptoms and emergency help when immediate safety is at risk.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. Research findings and practical tools cannot guarantee a particular result in sport, exams, work, competition, or any other setting.

Content use

You may use the tools and generated personal cues for your own training. Site copy, design, and code may not be republished, sold, or represented as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Changes

Tools, content, and these terms may change as the product and evidence review process evolve. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
